Qualification

Speakers of contributed presentation should be JSAP Regular Member, JSAP Student Member, JSAP Sub Member, JSAP’s Partner Societies* Member.

Important Notes

<Substitute Speaker>
If a registered speaker is unavailable on the day due to unavoidable circumstances, the speaker shall be able to appoint a substitute to speak on their behalf.
A substitute speaker must be a JSAP member and the co‐author of the submitted paper. The substitute speaker must register for the conference and complete the payment of the registration fee.

<Young Scientist Presentation Award>
The applicants for the JSAP Young Scientist Presentation Award are required to present in person. If the applicants make a presentation online, they become disqualified for the award.

 

Submission Deadline: January 9 (Tue.), 2024 (5:00pm, JST)
*No submission, revision, replacement of abstracts nor withdrawal are accepted after the deadline.

Submissions must be done by the speakers themselves.
All those who complete their abstract submission will incur a registration fee,
even if speakers are absent or other person is presenting the paper on the speaker’s behalf.
