【Important】Change in Poster Presentation Duration
From the 2026 Spring Meeting, the duration of the poster presentations has been changed.
The presentation time has been shortened from 120 minutes to 90 minutes,
and the number of sessions per day has been increased from three to four.
1. Hours
Each poster presenters is allotted 90 minutes including 45 minutes core time.
(Core time)
– Speakers of an odd program numbers : first 45 minutes
– Speakers of an even program number: latter 45 minutes

2. Preparation
JSAP will prepare display panels (180cm(H)×90cm(W)) with each program number posted on.
Pushpins will be available at each panel. Do not use glue or tape.
3. PosterAward
Starting from the 2026 Spring Meeting, the Poster Award will be implemented on an entry basis.
If you wish to apply, please include the “Poster Award Entry Mark” shown below in your abstract before submission.
The first screening will be conducted based on the abstract manuscripts, and the presenters selected for the final review will be notified in advance.
Posters without entry may also be selected for the final review.
The final review of Poster Award will be done during the session.
If you are nominated for the award, please make sure to remain in front of your poster during the session.
