How to Participate
Please reserve a seat from the button in the list.
An email voucher will be sent to the registered email address. Please print out the email voucher and bring it to the seminar room.
Please make sure to come to the seminar room 5 minutes before the starting time and receive the lunch in exchange of the email voucher.
The email voucher will become invalid at 5 minutes before the starting time.
For Those without Online Reservation
Tickets for the luncheon seminars will be distributed if the seats are still available.
Please present your meeting badge and receive the ticket.
Hours: 8:30-11:00 on the day of the event
*first-come and first-served basis
Location: “Luncheon Seminars” desk at the Registration.
If the seats are still left at 5 minutes before the starting time, those without online reservation nor the ticket can attend the seminar.
If you wish to be on the waiting list, please come to the room at least 5 minutes before the starting time.
