How to Register

  1. JSAP Members
    Please log into your My Page and select “Register for Annual Meeting” from the menu.
    Registration will be available only after the payment of this year’s membership fee. Please complete the payment by credit card at least 1 week before the registration deadline.
  2. Non-members / JSAP Partner Society Members
    Please click “Non-members/JSAP Partner Society Members” button on the bottom of this page.
  3. Pre-members
    Please log into your My Page and select “Register for Annual Meeting” from the menu.
    Pre-members can log into their My Page only after the payment of the admission fee.
    Please complete the payment by credit card at least 1 week before the registration deadline.

  • We do not issue an invoice.
  • We cannot accept postal or bank transfer.
  • We will send a receipt by email after the payment has been confirmed.
  • Please ignore the payment due date on the convenience store payment slip.
  • If you haven’t completed the payment by February 14 (Thu.), 2019,  your registration will be automatically cancelled.
  • Receipts will be automatically sent from our system via email on the day we receive the payment data.
    It takes 2-10 working days for our system to receive the payment data from convenience stores.

At the Venue

  1. Participants living in Japan
    Abstracts DVD and a meeting badge (with a badge holder) will be delivered to you around 1 week before the meeting.
    If you wish to have an official guidebook, please pick up at the Registration.

    Ribbon badges for ice breaking and communication between participants are also available at the Registration.

  2. Participants living outside of Japan
    We do not send the abstracts DVD to the participants from abroad. Please ask for the package at the Registration.

Pre-registration is now closed. Onsite registration is available at the venue.

Onsite Registration

Please come to the Onsite Registration desk at the venue and pay the fee.
We accept cash and credit card (VISA,Master,JCB,AMEX,Diners)

Receipts will be issued on site.
