Nursery Service

JSAP offers nursery service with qualified staff for the participants with children.
Advanced reservation is required. Please fill in the Reservation Form below and send it to

Acceptable Ages	8 months old up to 9 years old *Siblings older than 9 years old can be acceptable upon consultation with the babysitter.
Dates & Hours	March 22 (Fri.) – 24 (Sun.)　8:30-19:30 March 25 (Mon.) 8:30-17:30
Place	Setagaya Campus, Tokyo City University *details will be informed after reservation.
Contractor	Poppins Family Care Co., Ltd. https://www.poppins.co.jp/english/
Fee	1 Day:  5,000 JPY/person
Things to Bring	lunch, drinks, extra cloths, towels, disposable diapers *Please take lunch with your children if you can.
Notice	We cannot accept sick children.
Insurance	We have the following insurance coverage in case of unexpected accidents. Poppins Family Care Co., Ltd.: babysitter general insurance (bodily injury coverage: 1 billion yen per accident, 200 million yen per child) The Japan Society of Applied Physics: accidental insurance (death or residual disability 3 million yen), liability insurance (bodily injury liability 100 million yen)

How to Reserve

Please read the “Nursery Service Regulations” carefully and send the Reservation Form to .
We will send you the details on the usage and payment by email.

Cancelation

Cancelations or changes must be notified to the following before 5pm,  March 8 (Fri.) .
We will charge a cancellation fee of 5,000 JPY for cancellation after the above date.
