For Onsite Participants

Please read the following information carefully before attending the meeting onsite.

Name Badge

Make sure to download and print out your name badge on the registration website.

In Case of Weather Warnings

When a “Storm Warning (暴風警報)” or an “Emergency Warning* (特別警報)” is issued for Kumamoto city as of 7:00am,  poster sessions of the day will be cancelled,
no matter if the weather moderates later in the day.
Online sessions will be organized for poster presenters at a later date.
We will announce to the participants on the conference website and the official Twitter.

In the above circumstances, oral sessions will be held as planned in a hybrid format.
We would ask onsite participants to consider changing to online participation.
If you attend onsite, please take necessary precautions to protect your life.

In case our onsite staff are not able to come to the venue due to the weather warnings, we may ask participants to help us with sessions operation.
We would deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
