For Poster Presenters

Poster sessions will be held only at the onsite venue as originally scheduled.
If the presenter cannot attend onsite, they can send a printed poster to the secretariat. We will put your poster on behalf.

NOTICE

– The printed poster must reach us no later than Friday, March 11.
-If we haven’t receive the poster by the above date, we will announce “the poster presenter is absent”.

*Make sure to include your presentation information (e.g. a poster for the 69th JSAP Spring Meeting *Program number: XXXXX) on the shipping label.
*Shipping will be at speakers expense.
*We will not return your poster after the meeting.

– For participants to better understand your posters, please make sure to add at least one of the followings to your poster.
１）Set a zoom meeting for your presentation time and put a QR code for the Zoom meeting URL on your poster.
２）Put a QR core for your contact email address on your poster and make sure to respond questions by email during and after your presentation time.
３）Upload a recorded presentation to a website and put a QR code on your poster.

How to Present Posters

Preparation

JSAP will prepare display panels (180cm(H)×90cm(W)) with each program number posted on. Pushpins will be available at each panel. Do not use glue or tape.

Hours

Each poster presenters is allotted 120 minutes including 60 minutes core time.

– Speakers of an odd program numbers : first 60 minutes
– Speakers of an even program number: latter 60 minutes

Poster Award

The screening of Poster Award will be done during the session.
If you are nominated for the award, please make sure to remain in front of your poster during the first 20 minutes of the session.
