Cancellation
Cancellation will not be accepted after payment of registration fee.
The registration fee cannot be refunded under any circumstance. Please be careful to make a double registration.
Receipt/Meeting Badge
The receipt can be downloaded on the registration site.
A meeting badge will not be delivered. In case you attend onsite, please print out your meeting badge on the registration site and bring it to the venue.
Extended Abstracts
Participants can view the extended abstracts online only.
The password for viewing extended abstracts will be sent to the early bird registrants on August 26 by email.
To late registrants, the password will be sent in a registration confirmation email.
Official guide books will be enclosed with the September issue of our membership journal “OYO BUTURI”
