Experienced researchers with various backgrounds will offer consultation on your career. If you are undecided whether to enter further education or find a job or if you want to hear about their career from experienced researchers, please come by.

How to Participate

  • 1. Reserve a slot
    Reservation is available here

    Advanced reservation is recommended.
    To participate on the day, register from the above form and enter the venue from a link in the email sent to your registered address.

  • 2. Enter the Venue

    Enter the venue from a link in the reservation email.
    JSAP Staff will check you in after entering the Zoom room.

  • 3. Move to an individual breakout room.

    A volunteer counselor will be waiting in the room.
    Consultation time is 15 minutes per person.
    If slots are available, you can extend your time or hold sessions with other counsellors.

Notice

The workshop will be held using Zoom breakout rooms tool. Some functions are not available depending on the version of the Zoom application. Please make sure to download the latest version.

Career Expo

Companies and organizations are showing their research activities, career paths and so on. If any companies/organizations interest you, please feel free to visit the booth and talk to the exhibitors.

How to Participate

Click “Enter the Expo” button, which will lead you to the “Career Expo” page on the Participant Portal. Exhibitors will be in a Zoom meeting room allocated to each booth during the above hour. Feel free to click “Zoom” if any companies/organizations interest you.
