Cancellation of the 67th JSAP Spring Meeting 2020

Considering the global concerns over the new coronavirus outbreak as well as the press release to event organizers from Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare,

we have decided to cancel the 67th JSAP Spring Meeting 2020, which was scheduled from March 12 (Wed.) to 15 (Sun.) at Yotsuya Campus, Sophia University.

 

Below are our policy on the cancellation of the meeting.

１．The extended abstracts will be published on February 28 as notified upon submission. The abstracts shall be deemed to have presented at the meeting.

２．We will not refund the registration fee to the pre-registrants, and will send the extended abstract DVD to all the pre-registrants.

３．We will ask the speakers who haven’t paid the registration fees to pay the pre-registration fee by bank transfer. We will inform the details later by email.

４．We will not bear the costs incurred by the event cancellation, such as cancellation fees for hotels and flights.

 

We would deeply appreciate your cooperation and understanding on our decision.
