【Important Notice】 JR East Planned Suspension of Service

Today (September 20), due to the forecast of heavy rain, JR East Japan Railway has announced that trains to and from Niigata Station will be cancelled.

The Autumn Meeting will be held as scheduled, but we would like to ask those who are coming to the venue to please allow enough time for your trip.

Please note that buses within Niigata City will be operating as usual.

Please be advised that there is a possibility that the venue may not be fully staffed due to the train suspension.
